Policy

• Processing time is 1-5 days, Shipping is 1-14 days and is delivered with Royal Mail. 
• After an order is shipped, I have no control over what happens to it. Lost, stolen or broken packages are not my responsibility. 
• As of right now, we do ship internationally, but orders arent tracked unless you ask for it.
• We are not responsible for packages once tracking information is issued!

• Once your shipping label is printed, no refunds can be issued.
• If you have allergies please make sure to contact me beforehand, or if there is any issues
• Due to the coronavirus shipping may take longer :)
• If items haven't been recieved, are damaged or order isnt full, please dont hesitate to email me of DM me on instagram. Refunds are admissable if items havent been delivered but for confirmation you will have to be prepared to show evidence of you item not arriving and call Royal Mail or the Post Office.
